Need kolm värvi – sinine, must ja valge on saanud meie rahva mitmele põlvkonnale armsaks ja nende värvide tähendus on selge ka meie kõige noorematele. ,,Sini must ja valge“ on Eesti lipp – neid sõnu laulsid julgelt Toronto Eesti Seltsi Täienduskooli lapsed 25. veebruari kooliõhtul Läti keskuses, kui koolipere tähistas Eesti 107. sünnipäeva.
These three colors – blue, black and white – have become dear to many generations of our people, and the meaning of these colors is clear even to our youngest. “Blue, black and white” is the Estonian flag – these words were boldly sung by the children of the Toronto Estonian Society Continuing Education School on a school night on February 25 at the Latvian Center, when the school family celebrated Estonia’s 107th birthday.
